(III. a. Nicolai) Buda. Bogath-i Mihály alországbíró néhány jó ember (nonnullorum proborum hominum) kérésére Wegles-i Jwsth Andrásnak (egr.) adományozza annak a három márkának neki járó kétharmad részét, amelyben a mostani Mihály-nap nyolcadán folyó törvényszéken Sivegh-i Komorowczky János feleségét, szentmiklósi (de Sancto Nicolao) néhai Pangracz István leányát: Zsófiát elmarasztalta az említett Jwsth Andrással szemben. - Papíron, alul zöld viaszpecsét nyomával.
