(V. p. decoll Joh. bapt.) Buda. Wyngarth-i Gereb Péter országbírónak az előzőével azonos tartalmú levele a turóci konventhez azzal, hogy Korom Bálintot (egr.) és György várnagyot a Pest városában (in civitate Pesthiensi) tartott országgyűlés határozatainak értelmében vízkereszt ünnepének 20. napjára (1499. jan. 25.) insinuatio-val idézzék meg Justh András (egr.) ellenében a királyi jelenlét elé. - Eltérő írásmód: Alsozathwrcza-i Waywoda György, Yehadnyik, Kosczan, Trebostow, NaghJessen, Zabokrek, Duliczfalwa, Folkwsfalwa, Barthossowicz. - Átírta a turóci konvent 1498. december 3-án kelt jelentésében. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Borsa Iván): Justh 521.
