(in Martini) Buda. Ulászló király megparancsolja a turóci egyház konventjének, hogy küldje ki megbízottját, akinek jelenlétében a kijelölt királyi emberek egyike királyi adomány jogán iktassa be Kwssaw-i Justh Andrást (egr.) néhai Rakythowcz-i Mathyws Zólyom megyei KysRakythowcz-i birtokába és a királyi jogba; az esetleges ellentmondókat idézze meg a királyi személyes jelenlét elé. - Kijelölt királyi emberek: Zolna-i Stek János, Balthowicza-i Domokos fia: László, Dwbrawicza-i György, Petheffalwa-i István. - Átírta a turóci konvent 1498. december 8-án kelt jelentésében. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Borsa Iván): Justh 530.
