(in Nicolai) Buda. Wyngarth-i Gereb Péter országbíró kéri a turóci egyház konventjét, hogy küldje ki megbízottját, akinek jelenlétében a kijelölt királyi emberek egyike királyi adomány jogán iktassa be Kwssaw-i Justh Andrást (egr.) a Zólyom megyei KysRakythowcz nevű egész birtokba, amely egykor néhai Rakythowcz-i Mathyws-é volt, és a királyi jogba; az esetleges ellentmondókat pedig idézze a királyi jelenlét elé. - Kijelölt királyi emberek: Zolna-i Stek János, Baltawicza-i Domokos fia: László, Dobrawycza-i György, Pethefalwa-i István. - Átírta a turóci konvent 1498. december 22-én kelt oklevelében. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Borsa Iván): Justh 534.
