(V., in Anthonii) ad Sanctum Martinum. Kisjeszeni (de parva Gessen) Mátyás Turóc vármegye alispánja és a szolgabírák jelentik Wyngrath-i(!) Gereb Péter országbírónak, hogy 1498. augusztus 30-án kelt felszólítására (lásd Borsa, Justh-regeszták 522. sz.) a Kisjeszeni (de parva Jessen) János és Nagyjeszeni (de magna Gessen) Miklós szolgabírák által Antal-nap előtti hétfőn (jan. 14.) megtartott vizsgálat mindenben igazolta a mandátumban foglalt panaszokat. - Papíron, egy zöld zárópecsét darabjával, négy természetes színűnek pedig a nyomával.
