A turóci Szűz Mária-monostor konventje bizonyítja: Komorow-i János (egr.) felesége - Neczpal-i László unokája -, Zsófia (generosa domina) nevében Neczpal-i Theplychky János (prov.) tiltakozott az ellen, hogy Ulászló király Neczpal, Jahodnyk, Sabokrek, Kermezhaza, Chepanow birtokokat és a Felsewruthok-i birtokrészt újadományként Kwssaw-i Justh Andrásnak (egr.) adományozta, egyszersmind eltiltotta a királyt az adományozástól, Justh Andrást és mindenki mást annak megszerzésétől, iktatásától, terményeinek használatától és haszonvételeinek beszedésétől. - Papíron, hátlapjára nyomott pecsét töredékével.
