A garamszentbenedeki konvent jelenti Ulászló királynak, hogy az 1499. június 3-án kelt királyi vizsgálati levélre (lásd Borsa, Justh-regeszták 546. sz.) a Ffolkosfalwa-i Péter királyi ember és István frater pap, konventi kiküldött által Turóc megyében megtartott vizsgálat mindenben igazolta a mandátumban foglalt panaszokat. - Papíron, zárópecsét töredékével.
