A garamszentbenedeki konvent jelenti Ulászló királynak: A Wyngarth-i Gereb Péter országbíró 1495. július 17-én kelt vizsgálati levelére (lásd Borsa, Justh-regeszták 475. sz.) a Dwlyczfalwa-i Mátyás királyi ember és Mihály frater pap konventi kiküldött által Turóc megyében tartott vizsgálat mindenben igazolta az országbíró oklevelében foglalt panaszt. - Papíron, zárópecsét töredékével.
