(VI. p. Elyzabeth) Buda. Bethlenfalwa-i Thurzó György zólyomi ispán elismeri, hogy Kwssaw-i Jwsth András (egr.) a maga szükségében 100 forintért elzálogosította a Turóc megyei Sabokrek nevű birtokát atyjának: Thurzo Jánosnak (egr.), és a 100 forintot most neki megfizette; egyben kötelezi magát, hogy amint Besztercebányára (ad Novum Zolium) megy, a király által kiadott záloglevelet neki vagy emberének vissza fogja adni. - Papíron, alul papírral fedett zöld gyűrűspecséttel.
