Vriel, a turóci Szűz Mária*-monostor prépostja és a konvent bizonyítja, hogy Kwssaw-i Justh Boldizsár (egr.) - személyesen megjelenve - a Neczpal-i birtokrészén, nemesi kúriája fölött levő elhagyott (deserta) halastavát édestestvérének: Kwssaw-i Justh Menyhértnek (egr.), örököseinek és utódainak adományozta. - Papíron, hátlapjára nyomott pecsét töredékével.
