(in Anne) Buda. Lajos király megparancsolja Zenthpether-i Dávidnak, Kwssal-i Jwsth Boldizsárnak, Thenkeffalwa-i Thenka Tamásnak, Thonkaffalwa-i Jeromosnak és FelsewWrwth-i Lamos Máténak: Jelen oklevele kézbesítésétől számított 32. napon - bárhol tartózkodjék - jelenjenek meg előtte, hogy válaszoljanak Kwssal-i Jwsth Menyhért (nob.) ama panasza ügyében, amelyet a turóci konventhez intézett mandátuma tartalmaz. Ha nem jelennének meg, az ügyben akkor is ítéletet hoz. - Az oklevél jobb felső sarkában: De commissione domini regis. - Papíron, alul papírral fedett vörös viaszpecsét elmosódott részeivel. (Fasc.
