A nyitrai egyház káptalanja bizonyítja, hogy Apon-i Péter (egr.) bevallása szerint Neczpaal-i néhai Jwsth András fia: András (nob.) megfizette neki azt az összeget, amelyért édestestvérének: Neczpaal-i Jwsth Györgynek a Turóc megyei Neczpaal és Kosthyan birtokokon levő része nála zálogban volt, ezért a szóban forgó birtokokat átadta Jwsth Andrásnak. - Papíron, hátlapjára nyomott pecsét darabjával.
