(VI. p. nat. Domini). Vriel, a turóci Szűz Mária-monostor prépostja és a konvent bizonyítja, hogy Neczpal-i Jwsth Boldizsár (egr.) - mindenki ügyét magára vállalva - a Turóc megyei Neczpal és Kozchan birtokokon levő részét, amely eddig 176 forintért volt zálogban édestestvérénél: Neczpal-i Justh Menyhértnél (egr.), további 24 forint (in parva moneta Hungaricali denariorum bona) felvételével összesen 200 forintért adja neki zálogba. - Papíron, hátlapjára nyomott pecsét részeivel.
