Wyngarth-i Gereb Péter nádornak, a kunok bírájának az idézésre vonatkozó rész kivételével az előzőével azonos tartalmú vizsgálati levele a garamszentbenedeki konventhez. - Eltérő írásmód: Koschan/Kozchal, Byztrychka, Kyschepchen, Mosowcz, Whrin, Keren, Lawacz, Klymenthowycz, Pethrecz, Nowoykmeth, Gyewrek, Mladomws, Rapno, Zklabony, Dethreh, NagJezen-i Simon és György, Kyschepchyn-i János. - A nádori emberek sorában még Kyschepchyn-i Albert is szerepel. - Átírta a garamszentbenedeki konvent 1502. június 16-án kelt jelentésében. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Borsa Iván): Justh 609.
