A váradi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Apa comes fia: Jakab comes a saját, valamint Gergely nevű testvére (fr. suo) nevében a Batur monostor és a Fekete Körös (nigrum Crisium) mellett fekvő elnéptelenedett Toty és Kauastelek közös birtokokat benépesítés végett nemzetségbeli rokonaiknak: Onth és Leel mestereknek adják mindaddig, amíg minden birtokukat illetően nem történik meg az általános osztozkodás. - Átírta a váradi káptalan 1382. június 25-én kelt oklevelében. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Borsa Iván): Justh 10.
