(IV. p. Dionisii). Maytheni Vriel, a turóci Szűz Mária-monostor prépostja és a konvent bizonyítják: Kwsaw-i Jwsth András fia: Menyhért (egr.) személyesen tiltakozott amiatt, hogy Zablath-i Zablathy György (egr.) a nála zálogban levő Turóc megyei Sambokerek-i birtokot nem akarja a zálogösszeg ellenében visszaadni, jóllehet a zálogösszeget, 400 forintot (in puro auro florenos centum, in moneta antiqua alios centum florenos et in moneta nova modo currenti florenos ducentos) letette a konvent asztalára, s ezt látták és kezükkel megszámlálták (contrectavimus). -Papíron, hátlapjára nyomott pecsét töredékével.
