(in Jacobi) Nagyszombat (Tyrnauie). Zsigmond király a neki tett hűséges szolgálataira való tekintettel új adományként Nechpal-i Imre fiának: Györgynek és utódainak adományozza a Liptó megyei Kerneshaza nevű telket (sessionem seu fundum curie), amely Kerneshaza-i Miklós magtalan halálával szállt a királyra. - Átírta Zsigmond király 1405. április 15-én kelt oklevelében, amelyet a turóci konvent 1454. augusztus 17-én kelt oklevele tartott fenn. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Borsa Iván): Justh 60.
