László, a turóci Szűz Mária-egyház prépostja és a konvent bizonyítják, hogy Kermeshaza-i Kermes/Kermez fiának: Miklósnak özvegye: Klára nemesasszony Kermeshaza birtokból az ország szokásai szerint a neki járó hitbér és jegyajándék kifizetése felől nyugtatta Nechpal-i György mestert. - Hártyán, hártyaszalagon függő pecséttel.
