Bernát, a turóci Szűz Mária-monostor prépostja és a konvent jelentik Zsigmond királynak, hogy 1411. április 17-én kelt parancsára (lásd Borsa, Justh-regeszták 84. sz.) Rakouch-i Jakab királyi ember és Mihály pap rendtag (ordinis nostri professus) konventi kiküldött eltiltották László fiát: Jánost a kis (parvus) István és fiai által Dobzegh Pétertől zálogba vett Koschan-i birtok használatától. - Rongált papíron, hátlapjára nyomott pecsét töredékével.
