A győri egyház káptalanja jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy 1425. július 13-án kelt parancsára (lásd Borsa, Justh-regeszták 108. sz.) kiküldte Mihály subdiaconus karpapot, akinek jelenlétében Aranyas-i Tamás királyi ember által Komárom megyében nemesek, nem nemesek, más rendű és jogállású (status et conditionis) emberek között megtartott vizsgálat mindenben igazolta a fenti mandátumban foglalt panaszt. - Papíron, hátlapjára nyomott pecsét darabjaival.
