A leleszi konvent jelenti I. Mátyás királynak, hogy 1462. január 5.-i parancsára Szatmár és Szabolcs vármegyék képviselőivel együtt az említett megyékben tanúvallatást tartottak, közli az egyes vallomásokat, s jelenti, hogy az érdekelteket megidézte személyes jelenléte elé Szent György nyolcadára végleges ítélethozatal végett. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Muzsnainé).
