Gergely tasnádi vikárius Bathor-i Szaniszló fia István fia Mátyusnak Kallo-i Lőrinc ellen viselt perében, amelynek során Kallo-i azt állította, hogy Bathor-i kiközösítése miatt nem jogosult ellene intézkedni, elrendeli, hogy Bathor-i mutassa fel az állítása szerint az egri vicariustól nyert felodoztatásáról szóló oklevelet. - Hátlapján sok feljegyzés az oklevél bemutatásának elmulasztásáról. - A szöveg alatt pecsét töredékével. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Muzsnainé) GERGELY TASNÁDI VIKÁRIUS
