A leleszi konvent bizonyítja, hogy rohodi Miklós fia: László szatmármegyei Körtvélyestelek [Kurtweles Teluk] nevű sessióját tíz márkáért Szent Mihály napjától számított 10 évi időre zálogba adta nagysemjéni István fiának: János mesternek. A határleírásban birtoknevek: Mada [Mada, Nyírmada(?), Sugeteluke, Csakal [Chakol]. Magyar szavak: Melvt, Kerekerdew, meta Merges. Hártyán, hátlapjára nyomott pecsét helyével.
