A váradi káptalan tanúsítja, hogy biri-i Tamás a felesége, valamint László és János nevű fiai nevében tiltakozást jelentett be a miatt, hogy kállói Simon fiai: Imre és Péter eskütársai között nem nemesek is voltak, amikor ezek Szent István ünnepének nyolcadán (aug. 27.) huszonötödmagukkal esküt tettek.
