A váradi káptalan előtt Péter fia: Gergely és zomogu-i Pál fia: Pál biri-i Gergely fiának: Jánosnak (ennek rokona: Pál fia Lőrinc ispán jelenlétében) Biri [Byr] nevű birtokuk peres fele részét eladják azzal a feltétellel, hogy biri-i Gergely fia: János ez év december 13-án tizennyolc márkát fizet a fentnevezetteknek, s ezzel a vitás föld birtokába lép.
