A csanádi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Heem fiának: Pálnak a fia: Miklós mester, s a maga és Péter nevű testvére nevében tiltakozott az ellen, hogy krassómegyei birtokaikat Kelemenes fiának: Péternek a fia: Ivánka [Ivaczka] mezősomlyói [de Mezeusomolyo] Péter bírónak, vagy bárkinek bármilyen formában átadhassa, vagy saját magának elfoglalja.
