Pál ispán országbíró kiskercsedi [de Kyskurchud] Nyakas [Nyakas, Nakas] Pálnak nagysemjéni Mihály fia: László és Lengel János ellen az ő birtokának haszonélvezete tárgyában indított perét márc. 25-re halasztja, minthogy az alperesek ügyvédje, Benedek fia: András kijelentette, hogy megbízottai ilyen nehéz ügyben [in tam ardua causa] nem tárgyalhatnak atyafiaikkal való tanácskozás nélkül.
