Visegrád. Pál ispán országbíró előtt kyuskurchud-i Nyakas Pál panaszt emelvén nagysemjéni Mihály fia: László ellen amiatt, hogy ez Kuskerchud nevű birtokát négy esztendőt meghaladó idő óta (1329. jún. 11. óta) haszonélvezi, de ezért soha semmit sem fizetett eddig, neki, ez utóbbinak ügyvédje, Benedek fia: András kijelenti, hogy oklevelekkel tudja bizonyítani nagysemjéni Lászlónak a nevezett birtok birtoklásához való jogát.
