Néhai Dózsa nádor fiai: Jakab mester és Pál mester szabolcsi ispánok és a négy szolgabíró biri-i Tamást, aki vörös Balázst [Blasium ruffum], a Villermus nádornak Záhonyban tartott közgyűlésén összeállított lajstromban is feltüntetett nyilvános gonosztevőt, miután ellene harmadmagával esküt tett, törvényes úton kivégezte, e tette következményei alól fölmentik.
