A leleszi konvent jelenti Pálóci László országbírónak, hogy 1450. március 31-i mandátumára Szabolcs megyében vizsgálatot tartott, a panaszt jogosnak találta, s távollétében a jobbágyai nem tudván eleget tenni a felszólításnak, Kallo-i Szaniszló fia János fia Jánost megidézte színe elé Szent György nyolcadára (május 1.). - Zárópecsét töredékével.
