A leleszi konvent jelenti V. László királynak, hogy Pálóci László országbíró 1450. december 26.-i felszólítására Szabolcs vármegyében vizsgálatot tartott, a panaszt jogosnak találta, s ezért megidézte Kallo-i Lőkös fia Jánost Klára, Ibran-i Gergely özvegye ellenében jelenléte elé Vízkereszt nyolcadára /1451. január 13./ végső ítélethozatal céljából. - Zárópecsét nyomával. - Sérült, hiányos.
