V. p. ad vincula Petri in oppido Saros. Sáros megye tanúsítja, hogy Ágnes, Thernye-i Lipoltht András özvegye kérésére Gombosfalwa-i Gombos Imre szolgabíró ápr. 24-én Thernye possession vizsgálatot tartott, amelynek során Thernye-i Nicodemus és Kakasfalwa-i Chwda Pál azt vallották, hogy Ágnesnek volt egy lova, amelyet megőrzésre Chwda Pálnak adott, akitől Thernye-i Lipolt István elvette a lvoat, eladta 18 forintért Lestemer-i Andrásnak.
