Miklós erdélyi vajda és szolnoki ispán tanúsítja, hogy Péter fia Demeter, Zuruod-i László fiai: László és Miklós mesterek jobbágya felperes Chohul-i Nagy (magnus) János mester és jobbágyai, Thoth dictus István és fia: János ellenében böjtközép nyolcadán (márc.6.) nem jelent meg, bár Olivér fia Demeter prókátor 20 napig várta, ezért a vajda megbírságolja.
