Bubeek István országbíró a pert, amelyet Selmus-i Miklós fia István Nylfarago dictus István fiai: János, Miklós, István, Pohtan fia István lánya, Goldus Babarethy-i nemesek ellen Szent György nyolcadán (május 1.) viselt anyja leánynegyede tárgyában, mivel István fia János és Lachk fia Beke prókátor kijelentették, hogy a rokonok nélkül a perben felelni nem tudnak, Szent Mihály nyolcadára halasztja.
