Bator-i István országbíró a pert, amelyet Sebes-i Sinka fia László és Sebes-i Pál fia László visel Felsevazguth-i Jakab és Bertalan ellen a szepesi káptalan oklevele szerint a Sáros megyei Azguth határai tárgyában Szent Mihály nyolcadáról /okt. 6./ az ország hadjárata miatt Vízkereszt nyolcadára /jan. 13./ halasztja.
