A jászói konvent előtt Gelzeech-i Jakab fia Miklós vallja, hogy Semse-i Ferenctől és fiaitól, Lászlótól és Rudolftól 300 színarany magyar forintot /iusti et honi ponderis/ kapott a cseh fogságból való kiváltásra, ezért a Sáros megyei Balpathaka, Long, Geralth, Mathowagasa, Walkwagasa, Laezeza, Megges, Radwan, Kerestheskomlos, KarachonMezeye, Waspathak, Fferenczwagasa, Lazzo, Margonya, Lwanka possessiok felét és Petyez predium felét elzálogosítja nekik.
