Garai Miklós nádor bizonyítja, hogy Kukch-i István Kappolna-i Istvánt és Kappolna-i Márton fiát, Benedeket, az ő Kappolna possessiójával határos Boldafeldw terrából Kappolna-i Literatus János özvegye részére hitbér és nászajándék kiadásától eltiltja.
