Zsigmond király Kyssymon-i Péter fia: Pállal és Márkus meg Miklós nevű fiaival szemben eddig kiszabott mindennemű bírságot nekik elenged és meghagyja a bírói funkcionáriusoknak, hogy őt e bírságok miatt háborgatni és perbe fogni ne merjék. Eredeti, papír, két helyen kisebb hiány, szöveg alatt piros viaszú rányomott pecsét helye, szöveg felett jobbról kancelláriai feljegyzés.
