Sarachenus Jakab mester, szerémi és pécsi királyi kamarás, óvári várnagy, valamint testvérei: Ferenc és János bemutatásában és részére átírja, megújítja és Ozora földjén elveszett nagy pecsétje helyett készült új pecsétjével erősíti meg a saját, 1343. január 6-i, illetve az ezt átíró 1344. január 8-i kiadványát, valamint I. Károly 1337. december 8-i adománylevelét és Pál országbíró 1338. február 23-i kiadványát. Eredeti, hártya, a hajtásoknál elszakadt, csonka függőpecsét.
