A sági konvent bizonyítja, hogy a királyi ember és a hites személy a Kyskeer-i István fia Mihály vett possessiójának, a Nógrád megyei Kyskeer possessiónak határait megjárták és annak birtokába nevezettet a megállapított határjelek mellett ellentmondás nélkül bevezették. Kivonatos szöveg - Zsigmond király 1393. július 22-i átírásából Bebek Detre nádor 1400. november 14-i petíciójából.
