Visegrád. Omnium Sanctorum. Sarachenus mester nevében előadták Szécsi Miklós országbírónak, hogy néhai Zazd-i Gallicus Lénárt, most Sarachenus mestert megillető részét a Hont megyei Zazd possessióban rekaptiválni kellene és a nevezett Sarachenus mesternek statuálni. Az oszágbíró kéri a sági konventet, hogy a királyi ember által történő rekaptiváláshoz és statucióhoz küldje ki hites emberét.
