A sági konvent jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy Perényi Péter országbíró 1421. szeptember 17-i parancsa végrehajtásaképpen Kowar-i Pál mestert és Podhorchan-i Erdews Miklós a Hont megyei Kyskeresken possessió birtokába ellentmondás nélkül örök jogú birtoklásra bevezették.
