Kowar-i Pál mester fia László a maga és édesnővére: Dorottya - Tarnoucz-i Zekel Gergely felesége - nevében a Nógrád megyei Retysaag s Tholmach, valamint a Hont megyei Gywgh, Pothorchan, Zaazd, Kerethur possessiók felét, végül a Hont megyei Zemered és Keresken possessiók negyed részét, mint amelyek őt Zemered-i Erdews Miklós magszakadása következtében a vele kötött szerződés alapján megilletik, átadta örök jogon Zob-i Bertalan fiának Jánosnak. - Erősen megkopott f.p.
