Csanádi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy László király 1454. augusztus 25.-i mandátumára Cheny-i Pétert és Istvánt zálogjogon - a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében - a Bihar megyei Gyarmanwlesnek és Katha praediumok felének birtokába zálogjogon ellentmondás nélkül bevezették.
