(V. a. Omn. Sanct.) Buda. Szentgyörgyi és Bazini Péter comes országbíró Wgra-i Gergelynek és Györgynek, Wgra-i Kornys Ferencnek, Wathyon-i Fodor Benedeknek, Zakal-i More Jánosnak és Kolth-i Péternek: Chaak-i Mihály kérte, hogy a közte és Waya-i Miklós között Bihar megye sedes iudiciaria-ja helyén: Zenthjanos-on általuk létrehozott egyezségről Ellyewelgh-i János mester nádori prothonotarius jelenlétében tegyenek vallomást. Azzal a céllal, hogy nevezetteknek erről írásos dokumentuma legyen. Átírja Perényi Imre nádor 1511. nov. 10-én.
