Zsigmond király a Som..hgwar-on tartott, Somogy megyei congregatio-n az oklevélben részletesen leírt hatalmaskodások (lovak, disznók stb. ellopása) címén, melyekhez Zentgwrgh-i Miklós fiai: Péter és László, valamint Zentgwrgh-i Pál fiai: László és János Berek nevű possessióján Maroth-i István fiai: János és Miklós név szerint felsorolt jobbágyaikkal elkövettek, a hatalmaskodókat meg nem jelenés miatt elmarasztalja.
