Bathor-i István comes országbíró és erdélyi vajda a leleszi konventhez. Jelentette előtte Sarolyan-i Marthon Péter, hogy be akarja magát vezettetni a Szatmár megyei Thybathelek és a Bihar megyei Keuche nevű puszták birtokába.
