in Saawar, feria tertia post f. b. Gerardi episcopi. Thywadarfalwa-i Weres György Ugochamegye alispánja és a 4 szolgabíró jelentik, hogy Pogan Miklós eléjük törvénybe vitte Saawar-i Jánost, nyilatkozzék eskü alatt afelől, hogy a még a Pogan Miklós apjáról rászállt per végleges elintézést nyert-e. Saawar-i János az esküt letette s így Pogan Miklóst a fenti perben nyugtázta. Eredeti, papír, záró pecsét nyomaival.– Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta UGOCSA MEGYE
