.... Saswar-i plébános jelenti, hogy a tasnadi vicarius és váradi kanonok meghagyására magához hivatta Saswar-i Roman özvegyét, hogy plébániai templomában tegyen esküt arra nézve, hogy a boldogult Saswar-i Miklós után semmiféle vagyontárgy nem maradt az ő ura birtokában. Az özvegy az esküt letette, amiről őt a plébános nyugtatja. Eredeti, papir, kb. az egyharmada a szövegnek hiányzik. A szöveg alatt gyűrűs pecsét nyoma. SASVÁRI PLÉBÁNOS
