Lajos király (Hungarie et Bonemie etc.) meghagyja Nyitramegye (Hitriensis) ispánjának, illetőleg alispánjainak és szolgabíráinak, hogy az AlsoElephanth-i György ellen Swran-i Kristóf javára hozott ítéletet, amit eddig többszöri kérésére sem hajtott végre, haladéktalanul érvényesítse. Datum Bude, in festo beati Johannis ante portam Latinam, anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo decimo octavo. Az oklevél jobb felső sarkában: De commissione domini regis.
